'I am very happy to describe my positive experiences dealing with Jen, Brett, Darren and the Sentrel team over more than a decade. I originally purchased the timber variation of the Sentrel Fence more than 10 years ago as it was easily the most aesthetic and functional product on the market. When I ran into a few problems with some of the bottom rails (most likely because I did not strictly adhere to the ongoing maintenance instructions), the Sentrel team were very generous in their offer to upgrade my fence to the brushed aluminium version at a significant discount. They honoured this even though I did not contact them again for well over a year. There were some issues to sort out as all our posts and top rails were already in situ, and the Sentrel team worked with me over a number of weeks to come up with some novel modifications to their product to accommodate my unique situation. I cannot fault the reliability, professionalism, attention to detail and fairness in all my dealings with Sentrel over these years'.

'We wanted to get an attractive, good quality pool fence and liked the pictures on the Sentrel web site of their product with the mixed wire and SS bars. As the products are made to order, we had to specify the dimensions of the gaps the fence needed to fill and they provided drawing that we then approved. This is good as it avoids potential errors.

After the manufacturing period of about 6 weeks the product arrived incredibly well packed and with reasonable instructions for installation. Installation was relatively easy for me but I do like DIY and had necessary tools.

Consider the product quality to be excellent and it hasn't needed to be cleaned yet ( Stainless steel still highly polished and not tarnished after several months )
